As a UX designer, Lux Lu has been involved in numerous startup projects throughout his seven-year career, creating and growing from scratch with them.

The success of these dreams has not only inspired him but also reinforced his belief in the importance of innovation and design. Consequently, Lux Lu and Karen Hu founded Fractal Studio in Shanghai in 2024 to create memorable designs and experiences for forward-thinking projects, helping entrepreneurs and business people turn innovative ideas into successful commercial products.

In 2025, Lux Lu joined Besign as a consultant, continuing his focus on design exploration and collaboration in the fields of branding, interfaces, interaction, and graphics.
