You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Any unused work hours will be automatically retained when you pause. You can resume using the remaining work hours whenever you have new design needs. If less than 50% of your work hours have been used at the time of cancellation, we will refund 30% of the total payment. However, if more than 50% of your work hours have been used at the time of cancellation, Besign will not provide any refund.
