William Stark is a comprehensive anticipatory designer, parallel entrepreneur, and radical futurist. He is dedicated to envisioning, designing, and building a better tomorrow for all of humanity.

In 2022, he founded X FUSOR DESIGN LABS and then relocated from New York to Dubai. His collaborative projects span multiple fields, from electric transportation, startup incubators, Web3, artificial intelligence, ed-tech, sustainable products to robotics, along with some confidential and groundbreaking projects.

In 2025, William Stark joined Besign as an advisor, continuing to focus on exploring comprehensive anticipatory design.
